Shipping options, estimated delivery times, and charges are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and may vary by destination, carrier conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Once your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation with tracking information when available. Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, check around the delivery location and contact the carrier first. You can also contact us for help.

Returns

To request a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

Some items may not be eligible for return, including gift cards, personalized or custom-made products, final-sale items, and products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.

Do not send a return without contacting us first. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.

Refunds

We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect an approved return. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.
