Because every Liotux item is made to order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues. Please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering.
We will replace or refund your order if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item or print
To request a replacement, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right.
Liotux does not cover:
- Buyer’s remorse or size mistakes
- Delays caused by the carrier once shipped
